Australia Again
I'm off to Australia today, for OZ-IA. [OZ-IA] It looks like an exciting conference. I'm planning to talk about why Search is still a last resort, why clearly labeling the elements of your site is bound to confuse people, and why people lie when you ask them what they're doing when they read the Web.
I just discovered that I inadvertently turned off the topic agent for last year's Australian journey. That's easily fixed!
